This morning I ask for prayer for two of my friends, who lost their little boys in a tragic accident last week. Both of these women are amazing examples of strength thru Christ & I ask you all to lift them up as they try to move forward with shattered hearts.
I also ask that you lift up my little boys, 5 & 8. One has severe ADHD and is learning to move through life despite the struggles and the other just needs prayer that he will continue learning how to be a respectful young man.

Just prayed too. So hearbreaking to hear . Makes me so thankful for my boys . Also prayed for patience and grace for you as you love your boys where they are at .
Lord, please bless this family who has lost their precious little ones. I can only imagine that kind of heartbreak, and I know only you have the comfort and strength they need at this time. Also, please bless Emily’s sons as they struggle with growing into good men who will follow you! Amen!

Lord, I pray for Emily today, that you would encourage her as a mom and give her the strength and wisdom to guide her two boys into young men who love you. I lift up each of her boys as they deal with their own struggles. I pray that you would whisper into their hearts and that they would hear your voice. I pray that this boy who you love who has some extra challenges would learn to meet them head on and that you would grow him and strengthen him as he learns to overcome his challenges. I pray that you would teach the other one what it means to have respect for those around him, for you, for his family and for himself.
And today, I praise you for my soon to be two boys. I’m due with #2 on Friday and I pray for a safe delivery with no complications. I pray for a healthy baby boy. I also pray for my rambunctious 2.5 year old during this transition to big brother.
Lord, bless Cynthia as she prepares to deliver her precious little boy into the world. Keep her and the little one safe. May her firstborn know all the love and joy that comes with being a big brother!

Yesterday my 18-year-old son received his orders for basic training in the Air Force. He will be leaving August 7th. Please pray for my family to have peace during this transition. It will be very difficult for our family to see him go…his 13-year-old brother is very close to him, so he needs extra prayers.

Father God,
I lift up Stephanie’s son as he begins a new journey in the life. God, I pray that you go with him as he begins his journey into the Air Force. May his body be strong and his mind clear as he learns about obedience, trust and respect. Father, I also ask that he is be a representation of you to the other men and women who are in training. When they look at this young man, may they see your light shining out through his words and actions. Father, I also ask that you place peace in the heart of his family. Its always hard to say good bye but praising You that he has taken his progression into adulthood seriously and moving on to become a strong man of God. Let his family be proud of him, support him, and love him as he grows into a man of God.

Lord, please carry Cynthia through a smooth labor and delivery as you bring her next miracle into your world. Another boy to love you and be a strong soldier for you Lord, this we all will celebrate. Please keep Cynthia and her baby healthy during this newborn phase of life. Lord please place you hand on her other son’s heart. Help him to know he is loved by mommy and you Lord. Help him to feel excitement for his new brother and give him strength as he adjusts to this new family you are giving him.
Today I am struggling in my own heart and I don’t want that to hinder my two boys. Please pray that my boys will find the Lord and hold on tight. That they will grow to be kind and honest young men of God. All of this despite my struggles.
Lord, please give Katie the strength of faith she needs as she raises her two boys to follow after you. Amen.

I ask that you bring your divine healing on Lani’s son’s finger. I pray that you will instruct his body to rid itself of any toxic infection and heal completely. Thank you Lord Jesus for giving us this ability to go straight to you for others in intercession. We love you Jesus!

Dear Lord please heal Lani’s sons finger. I also ask that you be with all of the ladies here that need you in today. I ask for prayers for me and my family. My father committed suicide two weeks ago after a long battle with Lyme disease. I am having a very hard time right now. I need the Lord to help me be strong for my little boy. Thank you.
Lord, please be with Carol during this very difficult time for her and her family. Losing a father in such a way is unfathomable, and I know she is feeling very alone at this time. Please give her the comfort and strength that only You can give. Please help her to use this dreadful situation for Your glory in teaching and guiding her precious little boy. Amen.

Prayer request for my 20 year old son. He has walked away from God and is deep in a culture of alcohol, drug use and promiscuous behavior. Prayer for safety and that God brings him back home soon.

Please pray for our Youth Mission Team as we go on a weekend mission trip. Pray that not only will those that we minister to be blessed, but each young person that is part of the team. Praying that God will work in & through them.

My husband desires to be a Godly husband and father to our three boys. Yet He struggles with controlling issues that are really starting to take its toll on us as a family. Please pray for him and for me to be gracious toward him and nor full of so much anger.
Heavenly Father,
We ask today that you help AC and her family. You see the desire of her husband to be what You would have him to be. You see the struggles he is facing. Please help him to see what you would have him to do and how you love him. Let him see you as his example of a loving Heavenly Father. And please, Lord, help AC to have the grace and strength she needs to be the Godly wife and mother she desires. Be very near to this family and help them as only You can. Thank you Father.

I would like prayer regarding how to help my son learn to be like Christ. He’s only 5 but is pretty rough with his sisters most of the time. He has such a tender heart underneath it all and I know he can do such wonderful things but sometimes its a struggle to remember that. I just want to know how to help him learn to be the man he should be. I guess my prayer is for wisdom to know how to help him and love him as I should.

My husband is in the Air Force & gone for, well, it’s looking like a year. We have a 3 year old & a 20 month old & the boys & I are overwhelmed. I work full time & I’m also a military reservist. I have been struggling to have patience, strength, & faith since my husband left- & it’s only been two weeks. If you could pray that we are able to cope while husband is gone & find the strength I need to give my boys the best of me, I’d appreciate it.
Father, please fill Brandi w/ an overwhelming amount of love, strength & energy in order to cope w/ her husbands work. Send her friends to encourage her, give her favor w/ family that might be able to extend a hand of help…most importantly help her to rest in the fact that You are for her, that You are w/ her husband, that You will bless her children. May she be blessed w/ joy & find peace each day:)
Please pray for my three children to desire a life that pleases God- that honoring God & their parents would bring them more joy, than bowing down to their peers! That my sos be healed from Diabetes Type 1…it breaks my heart:( Also for my husband & I to know what it’s like to really love each other again & enjoy each others company. That God would restore our finances, for God to breathe life into our home!
Lord, Please bless Monica and her family. Give her children the strength and faith to resist the temptations of peer pressure that is all around them and to stand firm for You. A dear friend of mine and her husband adopted twin babies. They were born last week at about 28 weeks and the baby boy is having complications. He needs a miracle. His name is Judah. His parents,Cami and John need prayer too. They are tired and need people to pray with them.
Lord, watching a precious child suffer in sickness is the hardest trial we can ever face. For two parents who have waited so long to know the joys of parenthood, their pain and struggles are great. I ask for Your gentle hand to reach down and give the peace and rest that only You can give. I know that Your hand is already on little Judah and that You are watching out for him. May Your will be done in his life and through this situation, may Your love and mercy shine! Amen.

My request is very similar to Kari’s. My son is also 5 and we hare having a terrible time with he and I butting heads. He is argumentative, defiant, and disrespectful. I would also like prayer for guidance and wisdom in knowing how to deal with these on-going situations. Thank you all!

I am so thankful to read so many posts of people who share my faith in a loving and compassionate God who listens to our prayers. I struggle daily with a bitterness and disappointment of heart that my family has not been more loving and supportive to our family. We are striving to raise our two boys to know God’s love and know that we are the best example of that love for them. I feel that my own personal bitterness and disappointment is souring my attitude and that my children can see that. Please pray that God with help me to forgive and that His love will shine through me as a testimony to my children and to other family.

Kerri and Katie, you are not alone, as none of us are in God’s hands. Please pray for my younger 4 year old son. He is a sweet boy, but has a extremely hard time controlling his anger. He is hitting, punching, biting, at the drop of a hat. Literally, a friend got a smudge of color on his drawing, and I had to wrap my arms around him, before he took a swing… this is all during a meet and greet with our new school principal! His older brother, 8 years old, takes the blow most of the time. I love them, and know God made them different. His temper takes a toll on our family, friends, and at school. Lord, show me effective ways to help him display his disappointment, and keep my calm while dealing with the situtation
Lord, I lift up Jenell to you today and her sons. Give her an extra measure of grace during this season. Help her to see the future and the rewards of her patience with this little one. We know you have great plans for this boy and will use all of his traits for your glory!
Our 7 month old has a cold with a bad cough. He’s had rsv twice and pneumonia once so I get overly concerned We would love your prayers.

Please show me you are here with me when I’m too embarrassed to ask for your strength. I’ve been thinking I can do it just fine for so long that I don’t know how to seek you out anymore. We need you now as a family in order to instill dignity and rationale into our sweet 2-year-old. I hurt when he tells me, stop it Mumma, or, Be quiet Mumma. I ache worse when he tells his father to get away, or writhes to get out of his hug and combats it with a hit. Lord, please help us exercise patience and see the situation with its positives. Help us become a spiritual family, which is something we will need to work on but are ready for. Thank you.
Lord, I pray for Adrienne and what she is going through with her two year old. I pray that YOU will break that strong will of his and that he will be loving to his family. Three weeks ago, I bent over to pick a sock up off of the floor. I pinched my sciatic nerve and ended up in the ER not being able to move. My follow up the next week with my doctor I was told it would not be long lasting – as in permanent damage. The pain down my left leg is still there and would appreicate prayers that it would go away. I have four and nine year old boys. My husband is a retired disabled vet. I am praying that I have complete healing so that I can get back to doing more with my boys and doing more of what I need to do around my house. I also homeschool. In light of some of the other prayersd I read, I am hesistant to ask for this but I know every prayer is important to God. I am praying for you all and really appreciate your prayers and this group! Thanks so much!
Julie, I can relate to you. Actually my husband can. He had a similar problem last year that required a bit of physical therapy. God is a wonderful father that wants us to come to him with whatever is troubling our hearts. I pray that He would give you healing and if He chooses not to, that He would give you peace and patience.
