In a world where it’s way too easy to see all of the negative about our boys, we want to help you intentionally look for something to brag on…
- Maybe your boy made a good grade this week
- Maybe he served someone spontaneously
- Maybe he learned a significant life lesson
- Maybe he did something hilarious!
- Maybe he looked super cool in his costume/dress up clothes!
- Maybe you took a fabulous photo of him you just want to show off.
Tell us all about it on Thursdays in the MOB Society’s new link-up…
Let’s Hear it For the Boys!

There’s only two real rules for this link-up…
Brag on your boys! Tell the world how they make you proud! Take time each week to write down or take pictures of the good things they do and remind yourself of how God is working in their hearts.
And…leave a link back here to the MOB Society so other boy moms can brag on their boys!
We think it might change your whole perspective.
Link-up! (Or if you don’t blog, tell us about your amazing boy in the comments!)

I have three amazing boys…15, 11, and 9. I wrote this post a couple of days ago about my 15-year old pitcher

I learn from them every. single. day. and I’m so grateful.

I have a 23 month old son, and last Saturday he helped Daddy in the garden. It was adorable watching him “help” with the huge rake & wheelbarrow! I wanted to post a picture — but I’m not sure how. I don’t really blog, but have a picture site: http://rynenelson.shutterfly.com/pictures/944
Not sure if I did the url right.
My boys are 8 & 10 and make me smile everyday. They are silly, funny and smart and I can’t believe the time is going by so fast. We were snow skiing last week and the way they stepped up to take care of their own gear without complaining was truly appreciated. It was a blast watching them gain confidence and skill on the slopes. Hope we can do this every year for awhile to come!
We have 3 boys in school every day and 2 year old boy at home. This week for March break they have all played so much together. since we are having +18 weather in Ontario they are running around outside with the 2 yo following them everywhere. I love seeing how they take care of each other and play together. They r wonderful young men!
I am not blogging much these days, but I had to be a part of this! My son is almost 14 and he comes up and randomly hugs me often even in front of the youth group, people I am talking with at Scouts, etc. it is showing me that although he is taller than me, he still wants and craves affection! He engaged me in a very long and detailed conversation about what happens when you die, we both were recalling scriptures, the story of Lazarus and the Rich Man and others that we used to narrow down what we believe, it was captivating to have this discussion and honestly, I felt like our homeschool for the day was done after that in depth analysis and discussion!
My youngest is 8 and he cooked me breakfast this week anxious for me to eat it! He told me this morning how the birds singing refreshed him and delighted him the minute he heard it. He boldly walked out the door Monday night to go play with kids down the street that have a history of being cruel, I was cautious to let him go, but he looked at me after I warned of them often being cruel and intentional about it, he said “Well, I don’t have to be like that, I can play nicely. Besides, with Christ in me Who should I fear?” I let him go and stood in awe of the Word being lived out before my eyes! Yes, this week I have so much to be thankful for as a MOB’s!
Just gotta brag on my Dustin… At baseball practice tonight, he absolutely crushed the ball two times!! I’m proud of my sweet boy!
