May 1 – 21, 2012!
21 Days of Prayer for Sons is a challenge based on the best-selling Warrior Prayers eBook. In the last year, over 2000 women from seven different countries have participated in this intense, intentional, and inspirational challenge. Here’s what some of them have had to say about it:

How does it work?
- Purchase your own copy of Warrior Prayers: Praying the Word for Boys in the Areas They Need it Most (just $5.99 on Amazon Kindle, Nook, and as a PDF download!)
- Commit to praying for your son(s) or grandsons using the prayers from the book for 21 days straight (May 1-21, 2012).
- Sign up by linking to your “about” page if you blog, or by leaving a comment below stating your intention to participate.
- Come back here to the MOB Society on May 1st to begin the challenge. Our own Alle McCloskey will be leading us through the challenge, and posting daily encouragement for you as you pray. Watch the site (and the Warrior Prayers Facebook page) for more from her soon.
Some things to know…
In the past, we’ve held the challenge in multiple places at once. But we polled our past participants, and realized that the overwhelming majority of you prefer for us to host it in one place. So everything will take place in the new MOB Society book club space.
And…..(insert sad face) there will NOT be a new edition of the Warrior Prayers book before our challenge. There are things happening behind the scenes that have delayed its publication, but I decided that the challenge is too important to delay. I’m so sorry if this is a disappointment friends. In a way, I’m disappointed too. But I promise that it will work out for the best!

I am eager to begin this prayer journey for my grandson. It blesses me to see that Moms/Grandmoms are willing to put their heart & time into prayer for theses precious sons. May God honor our prayers & raise up godly young men, ones that recognize the value of guarding their hearts.

As a mother of 2 boys who works full time, and is not the best at time management, I am often feeling overwhelmed by my roles of wife and Mommy. I am having some issues with my boys honoring and respecting me as of late, and I am growing “weary”. I know that this will help, and I am so glad I found this site!! A friend shared this site with me and I am so glad. I first saw this book title on amazon and thought it looked like something I would like to read. I am the mom of a 7 and 9 year old. Of course, we moms pray for our sons each day, but this sound fun! Bless our boys!

I’m in! Thank you for orchestrating this wonderful opportunity! I will be participating and will be especially in prayer for the hearts and souls of our sons, their moral purity is being compromised in our culture daily! We MUST raise up a generation of morally pure boys, it is imperative for the future of families everywhere. Prayer, strength in the Lord and claiming victory through His word is where our hope lies in helping our sons be overcomers morally; so that they will not only “survive” but “thrive” well in our decaying society.

I don’t remember if I have already left a comment or not — but I plan to participate! This is the first activity like this I’ve ever done, and I’m really excited!!
I have 3 sons, and the youngest is 15, so yes, i do need God and husband to step in to raise them as Men of God…I have most of the motherhood of fixing booboos and answering nosy questions and teaching him how to cook his own, although teaching him to cook for college is another matter…My other sons are 28 and 26, the 28 is living with his girlfriend and doing fine and the 26 is not doing okay emotionally and i think he is scared to find a job and live on his own…He never had a father, he was raised by my sister.(Not good)…
